Wanchain and Avalanche announced the integration of Wanchain’s decentralized, non-custodial cross-chain infrastructure with Avalanche’s C-chain. The two leading blockchain platforms also plan to develop other decentralised cross-chain applications within the DeFi ecosystem.
The partnership will incorporate Wanchain’s cross-chain bridges with Avalanche’s projects and applications ecosystem.
Avalanche and its ecosystem projects will harness the power of Wanchain’s cross-chain blockchain to create innovative use cases and value for the platform’s users.

The next phase of the collaboration will happen in three phases:
- The benefits of Wanchain’s decentralised cross-chain bridges will be introduced to Avalanche’s projects ecosystem.
- Wanchain will create new use cases for tokens that are compatible with cross chains like wanXRP and wanLTC on Avalanche and wanAVAX on other public blockchains.
- Avalanche and Wanchain will co-incubate promising new cross-chain DeFi projects.

Wanchain’s cross-chain infrastructure already supports many blockchain projects, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Wanchain, EOSIO, Binance Smart Chain, Litecoin, XRP Ledger, Moonriver and now Avalanche, among dozens of other tokens. The latest addition of Avalanche confirm’s Wanchain’s position as the most advanced cross-chain solution globally.
