Theta Labs In Deal With Top Retailers to Promote Samsung NFTs

Theta Labs, the company behind the next generation of blockchain technology for video and entertainment, has announced the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) among its key retail partners. The MOU inked by the partners, including Shilla Duty Free, E-cruise, Show Golf, Galaxy Store, and NFC solution business Alllink, will give Galaxy NFT holders increased utility in each partner’s retail stores. Holders of these NFTs can now use their tokens both online and offline thanks in part to efforts of the New Galaxy Community.

What’s the end game to this partnership?

Theta Labs has cut a niche as the go-to platform for video and entertainment NFTs. In effect, the agreement marks the launch of the world’s largest-ever offline NFT utility marketing campaign. ThetaPass technology now allows more than 100,000 NFT holders to use their Theta NFT both online and offline. Theta Labs and Samsung Electronics inked a partnership agreement in February. Therefore, the MOU is the natural result of that agreement.

Pre-order customers of Samsung’s new flagship S22 series and S8 tablet will receive commemorative NFTs created in partnership with Theta Labs. The e-commerce promotion is open to NFT holders who have received or purchased the New Galaxy NFT. This app allows holders to tag their phones with their NFTs. They can then use them to authenticate their NFTs in numerous offline retail locations.

The Shilla Duty Free Shop, E-cruise cruises, Show Golf, and Galaxy Store gift card giveaways are some of the perks available to participants. On the New Galaxy Community Discord server and New Galaxy Club Twitter account, you may learn more about the event duration and how to participate.

Samsung Electronics marketing head Lee Shin-woo, CEO Mitch Liu, Alllink CEO Kim Kyung-dong, Shilla Duty Free OOO Executive Director, and Ecruise OOO President attended the partnership agreement ceremony conducted at Eland cruise dock.
