NEW YORK, [April 28, 2026] — W3.io (W3) today announced the launch of the first control platform for agent-powered finance on the Avalanche network, already processing more than 200,000 workflows per day across five enterprise verticals. The platform lets enterprises build, automate, and control financial workflows and deploy them in a day, not months. The Avalanche Foundation has made a strategic investment in W3 to accelerate the effort. Terms were not disclosed.
Enterprise finance is being reshaped by AI agents that execute payments, rebalance positions, and move capital without waiting for human review. The controls designed to govern those decisions, built for static workflows and human operators, were not designed to keep up. The result is an accountability gap that grows with every transaction. W3 is the first platform built to close it.
Avalanche has assembled one of the deepest institutional ecosystems in digital assets, with integrations spanning BlackRock, JPMorgan, Citi, KKR, Apollo, Franklin Templeton, and dozens of infrastructure providers. The network runs more than 70 live Layer 1 blockchains processing roughly 40 million daily transactions across enterprise, institutional, and public sector deployments in more than 50 countries.
Due to the nature of the industry, these companies operate in silos, and none can deliver a complete financial solution alone. An enterprise that wants to operate on digital asset rails today faces months of custom integration work across protocols, compliance systems, and legacy infrastructure. The cost and complexity have kept all but the largest institutions on the sidelines. W3 is building the platform to close that gap.

For the Avalanche Foundation, the investment reflects a thesis on where institutional finance is headed and who is building for it.
