Real Finance, Anchorage Digital Partner to Build Unified Experience for Tokenised Assets

Summary:
  • The partnership between Real Finance and Anchorage Digital addresses operational trust and disconnected counterparties in the ecosystem.

Real Finance, an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, has announced a partnership with Anchorage Digital. This collaboration aims to support the entire lifecycle of tokenized assets, covering issuance, custody, settlement, servicing, and secondary liquidity.

As more real-world assets move onto the blockchain, institutions need more than just tokenization infrastructure. They require secure, regulated systems that can handle custody, settlement, and full lifecycle connectivity at scale. This partnership unites the key elements institutions need to help them move beyond isolated pilot programs and build functional onchain capital markets.

The current tokenized asset ecosystem often faces fragmentation across issuance, custody, compliance, settlement, servicing, and liquidity. This partnership intends to address these issues by integrating blockchain infrastructure, regulated custody, treasury management, settlement capabilities, and tokenization infrastructure into a more cohesive framework.

What’s In the Deal?

Institutions often cite operational trust and disconnected counterparties as key barriers. These issues prevent tokenized assets from truly thriving as on-chain capital. The companies explain their partnership will support tokenized private credit, funds, real estate, structured products, and bank-integrated financial instruments.

This collaboration combines Anchorage Digital’s regulated custody, treasury management, settlement, and institutional security with Real Finance’s issuance infrastructure, lifecycle management tools, risk visibility framework, and programmable financial primitives.

Ivo Grigorov, CEO of Real Finance, said: “Real Finance and Anchorage Digital are collaboratively building the institutional infrastructure for the next generation of tokenized financial markets. Together we are moving the industry from experimentation toward functional on-chain capital markets and delivering the unified experience institutions demand.”

When new tokenized financial instruments launch on the Real Finance Layer 1 blockchain, Anchorage Digital will provide the custody layer. This will encourage wider institutional participation. It’ll also offer regulated custody and treasury infrastructure for the Real Finance ecosystem and its native $ASSET token.

The two organizations will support one another’s institutional pipelines. Real Finance will create additional demand for regulated custody through its asset issuers and onboarding efforts. On the other hand, Anchorage Digital will connect institutional clients with tokenization and blockchain infrastructure solutions built on Real Finance.
