Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the added access to its Binance Earn suite for qualifying UK Professional Users, following regulatory clarification that removes previous restrictions on certain yield and lending products. The change follows developments in UK regulation confirming that staking is exempt from classification as a collective investment scheme, and a review of how certain exemptions under the Financial Promotions Order and Promotion of Collective Investment Scheme Order apply.
