Making a complaint

How to submit a complaint

To file a complaint, please email us at info@investingcube.com. To help us address your concern as efficiently as possible, kindly include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name and preferred contact information
  • A clear description of the issue or concern
  • When and where the issue occurred (e.g., article URL, date published)
  • Names of any individuals involved (if applicable)
  • Any additional comments, supporting material, or screenshots
  • If this is a follow-up, please mention the date you submitted your previous complaint

Our goal is to acknowledge complaints within three working days. Once acknowledged, you may be given the name of the person or manager assigned to your case.

A resolution and formal response will generally reach your complaint within 20-working days. If the complaint is complex or needs further investigation, then it may take longer to resolve-being at most 3 months. You will receive periodic updates on how well they proceed.

If your complaint is upheld, we will meet to remedy the situation, making sure that everything undergoes changes to ascertain that it cannot occur again. Whenever possible, we will be willing to inform you of the thoroughly considered action taken unless prohibitions of privacy laws or other constraints intervene.
