December 22, 2025 – CertiK, the world’s largest Web3 security services provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NEXUS, the blockchain infrastructure behind South Korea-listed company CROSS Protocol, to enhance security, auditing practices, on-chain risk monitoring, and stablecoin infrastructure across the CROSS ecosystem. The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two organizations as adoption accelerates in on-chain gaming and digital asset transactions that require robust security safeguards.
Under the terms of the MOU, CertiK will provide auditing and smart contract security services for NEXUS and the CROSS ecosystem. The company will also support regulatory frameworks for Asia-based stablecoin initiatives and contribute on-chain risk monitoring capabilities to help identify emerging threats. These efforts will help maintain a secure foundation for NEXUS’s payment infrastructure and the broader CROSS ecosystem that is currently in development.
In the area of business development, CertiK will work closely with NEXUS to jointly formulate its Asia market expansion strategy, while progressively broadening the scope of collaboration with a focus on Web3 security and enterprise blockchain solutions.
