Features on World Mobile App
The World Mobile app is packed with exciting tools that improve the user experience and give people more agency on a global scale:
World Mobile Wallet: The app supports the storage of tokens minted on the Cardano blockchain. The wallet is a single-address, non-custodial, lightweight wallet. Users can store and manage their non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and Cardano native tokens (CNTs), such as World Mobile Tokens (WMTs) safely and efficiently on this platform.
Fiat on Ramp – With the Fiat on-ramp service, customers can easily convert their dollars or euros into WMT.
Scan for Points-Turn your mobile device into a network scanner and earn points by pinpointing connectivity weak spots around the world. These rewards are in the form of points that may be cashed in at the built-in Market. The community’s contributions will strengthen World Mobile’s AirNode rollout plan.
Network Support — If you are within the coverage area of the World Mobile network, you can buy and manage data bundles right from the app.
Mobile Money – Currently only available in Zanzibar, this service promotes financial inclusion by allowing for digital money transfers in the region.
Marketplace – The built-in Marketplace allows users to pay for a variety of goods and services within the app.
