The Bank of England’s Carney will testify on May inflation report before the UK Parliament’s Treasury Select Committee at 09:15GMT.
In the American calendar we have the key US Durable Goods Orders and Goods Trade Balance data to be released at 12:30GMT. Analysts expect Durable Goods to increase by 0.2% in May after falling 2.1% in April. Crude oil traders will closely watch the US Energy Information Administration weekly crude stockpiles data published at 14:30GMT as the crude oil price trades above $59 per barrel.
In Central Bank calendar Fed member Daly will deliver a speech and investors will be searching for fresh clues on the next US interest rates move.
